What are boundaries?
How well do you do implementing them?

It is easier to talk about boundaries, than it is to properly and effectively set them. There is a tendency to go to one of two extremes (i.e., black-or-white, all-or-nothing) when it comes to establishing healthy boundaries, which leave one tending to be emotionally reactive, as opposed to being able to ensure the right fit or match between the kind of boundary you establish and the type of person you are dealing with in any given situation or relationship.  


So, how well do you do when it comes to boundaries? Do you know how to establish reasonable and healthy boundaries, or do you tend to go to one extreme or the other?
